AndroidViews Account Deletion Agreement #

This Account Deletion Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between you (the “User”) and AndroidViews (“we” or “Application”). By requesting the deletion of your account, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Account Deletion Request #

By submitting a request to delete your account, you understand that:

  • This action is permanent and irreversible.
  • All associated data, including but not limited to personal information, account history, usage records, and preferences, will be permanently deleted.
  • You will lose access to any content, services, or benefits linked to your account.

2. Effect of Deletion #

Upon account deletion:

  • All purchased services, subscriptions, or entitlements will be forfeited.
  • You will no longer be able to recover your account and associated data.
  • Any remaining balances, credits, or rewards associated with your account will be void.
  • Your personal data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.

We may retain certain information as required by law:

  • Necessary transaction records (for tax purposes).
  • Records related to fraud prevention or other legal compliance.
  • Anonymized usage data may be retained long-term for analysis.

4. Third-Party Services #

  • We will ensure the cessation of data transmission to these third-party services.
  • Advertising identifiers and related data will be removed.

5. Data Processing #

After account deletion:

  • Personal data will be completely deleted within 30 days.
  • Your data will be removed from all data centers and backups.
  • We will comply with data localization requirements where necessary.
  • Cross-border data transfers will comply with relevant laws and regulations.

6. Additional Notes #

  • Account deletion will not affect previously published open-source content.
  • Any matters not covered here will be governed by the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

7. Acknowledgment #

By confirming account deletion, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have fully read and understood all terms of this Agreement.
  • You understand the permanent and irreversible nature of this action.
  • You agree to forfeit all account-related benefits.
